INTERVIEW PROCESS
Once we determine that we have the right opportunity available to further your career, we review the company and the open position with you. If you agree, we present your resume to our client.
Once we have the retail client’s approval, we do the following:
- We schedule the first teleconference or face-to-face interview with the client.
- We prepare you for your interview.
- We follow-up with you after the interview to determine your level of interest.
- We arrange all subsequent interviews and we prepare you for all these interviews. We review any concerns that you might have after each interview.
- We review the client’s offer regarding compensation, location and start date.
- We consult with you regarding your resignation at your current employer and the potential for counter offer from your current employer.
- We confirm the start date with your new employer.
- We remain in contact with you through start date and initial phases of employment.
